So why did I make another monthly calendar printable? I realize that I just created a Blank Monthly Calendar Free Printable – Horizontal Format and will be using it for my Q3 planning. However, I suddenly had the urge to create a completely full page monthly calendar, which is great for making plans and pre-planning before creating a final schedule as well.
Not to mention, after a bit of use, I realized that I might not want tasks with the monthly calendar, to keep it a high-level view layout. As time goes along, I’m finding myself being able to handle more tasks, so I actually need a lot more room then one column of monthly tasks! So that’s why there is this version where the monthly calendar basically takes up the whole page. I’m sharing it here because it’s a really great minimalist, neutral calendar template to work off of. I hope it helps you out!
By the way, it is a personal pet peeve when monthly calendars have two dates in a box. There are sometimes a month of the year when we need 6 rows instead of 5 rows for a full month. Although this kind of thing changes year to year, I really do not like my monthly calendar to share boxes. Each day is 24 hours and I want each day to have its own box. So that is why I opt to use this format, even though oftentimes it means there are extra boxes for some months… but I suppose that just gives you room for other notes. This is obviously my personal preference!

I’ve always said that printables are budget friendly and super versatile. That’s why I love creating them and sharing them for others to use as well. Simply download the PDF file to your computer and print from home or send to your local printer shop as preferred.
Remember that you can print full-size or change the percentage in your printer settings for a different size. Also know that you can print as many copies as you need, so don’t worry about mistakes or if you need multiple calendars for different purposes.
For those that do digital planning, you can actually pull in this template and use it as your base template for digital planning on the ipad – so do whatever helps you out in your organization.
